Pizza is a favorite food for many. Make this easy snack that is unprocessed and great to serve for just about any occasion.
Use Eatsmart Veggie Sticks and Crisps to add more crunch but less guilt to this recipe than traditional potato chips.
2 tablespoons tomato paste
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Eatsmart Veggie Sticks
Freshly popped popcorn (unbuttered and unseasoned)
1/4 cup finely grated parmesan
1/2 cup finely grated mozzarella
Heat the oven to 250 degrees.
Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the cheese.
Pour some Eatsmart Veggie Crisps into a bowl and then Veggie Sticks into another, then the popcorn into a third bowl. Make sure the bowls are very large to give enough room for the mixing.
Spoon some of the tomato mixture into each bowl. Toss the paste through the snacks by hand until they are fully coated. Spread it all out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 5-10 minutes until the snacks just crisp up again.
Mix the popcorn, Veggie Crisps and Veggie Sticks in a bowl. Add finely diced pepperoni and cheese. Heat it all in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds, until the cheese is melted. Serve.
