Creamy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • Eatsmart Veggie Crisps
  • 2  Blocks of Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1  Box of Frozen Spinach, Thawed and Drained
  • 1 Can (14 oz) Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
  • 1 Small Diced Yellow Onion
  • 1 1/2  Cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  1. Cover inside of crockpot with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Combine the above ingredients into a crock pot
  3. Set the crock pot to high for about 3 hours or until the ingredients have melted,  being sure to stir everything together about an hour in. Turn off the heat and serve with Eatsmart Veggie Crisps
