Ingredients
- Eatsmart Veggie Crisps
- 2 Blocks of Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Box of Frozen Spinach, Thawed and Drained
- 1 Can (14 oz) Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
- 1 Small Diced Yellow Onion
- 1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Cover inside of crockpot with non-stick cooking spray
- Combine the above ingredients into a crock pot
- Set the crock pot to high for about 3 hours or until the ingredients have melted, being sure to stir everything together about an hour in. Turn off the heat and serve with Eatsmart Veggie Crisps
