Ingredients
- Eatsmart Veggie Crisps
- 2 1⁄2 Cups Diced, Cooked Chicken
- 1 Cup Chopped Celery
- 1 Cup Seedless Grapes, Halved
- 1 Small Minced Onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
- 1⁄2 Cup Mayonnaise
- Mix the cooked chicken, halved grapes and onion with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. Feel free to toss in a handful of walnuts or pecans for some added flavor
- Add your favorite spices to taste. Dollop some chicken salad in between two Eatsmart Veggie Crisps
