Chicken Salad Bites


  • Eatsmart Veggie Crisps
  • 2 1Cups Diced, Cooked Chicken
  • 1 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 Cup Seedless Grapes, Halved
  • 1 Small Minced Onion
  • 1teaspoon Salt
  • 1Cup Mayonnaise

  1. Mix the cooked chicken, halved grapes and onion with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. Feel free to toss in a handful of walnuts or pecans for some added flavor
  2. Add your favorite spices to taste. Dollop some chicken salad in between two Eatsmart Veggie Crisps
