If you are looking for a light springtime treat that is still fun and unique, make carrot garden cups. Incredibly easy, with minimal ingredients needed. And, don’t forget, this is a gluten free snack!
Ingredients
Black bean hummus dip (from the store or homemade)
Eatsmart Veggie Sticks
Baby carrots
Fill glass candleholders (or flowerpot votive holders) with black bean dip.
Crush green Eatsmart Veggie Sticks in a food processor.
Write, “carrots,” and “garden” in chalk on miniature chalkboard signs. You can find the signs at your local arts and crafts supply store.
Place signs in the cups and serve.
